| A native Texan, Dr. Tittle was born and raised in Lufkin, married. He did his undergraduate training at Stephen F. Austin University where he was at the Top of his class. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1980. Dr. Tittle completed his Internal Medicine internship at Baylor Medical Center, then did a residency in General Surgery from 1980 -1986 at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He completed his training with a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center from 1986-1989. |

 Dr. Paul B. Payne, M.D. is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist who has practiced in the Dallas area for 20 years. Dr. Payne is a native Texan and has resided in Dallas since 1980. |

| Dr. Payne received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University graduating with honors. After graduation, he received his MD degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in 1980. Dr. Payne then moved to Dallas where he did his internship and residency at Baylor University Medical Center. Upon completing his residency, he became board certified and has continued to renew his certification. |

| Dr. Payne is an attending physician at Baylor University Medical Center and an active member of the teaching staff. He received the ACOG outstanding teacher award in 2003. Dr. Payne is married with two college age children. His outside interests include snow skiing, scuba diving, watching his son play rugby, and sharing time with this family. |

 Dr. Gary E. Alhadef, D.D.S. is a dentist with 20 years experience. He has received extensive training at the world-renowned LVI advanced education facility, and received his certificates in full-mouth and esthetic reconstruction.
