Goal of Chiropractic: to eliminate misalignments within the spinal column that interfere with the body’s natural ability to self-heal.

Vertebral subluxation: a misalignment of one or more of the 24 vertebrae in the spinal column, which alters the body’s natural communication. This results in the body's inability to express its maximum health potential.

Adjustment: the specific application of force to facilitate the body's correction of vertebral subluxation, thus allowing the body to heal itself.

Myofacial release: strategic pressure placed on muscle is initiated to release tension in muscles surrounding or indirectly related to the affected area. This is performed by stretching the muscle, and can be performed to aid and assist those patients who are unable to be adjusted in a regular fashion.

Your initial visit

You will complete a comprehensive question and answer session with the doctor regarding your current and previous conditions. A full neurological, orthopedic, and chiropractic examination will also be completed. A chiropractic adjustment will occur at that time, which is included in the price of the consultation.

Subsequest treatment

Each subsequent visit will be 10-15 minutes as the adjustment process is quick but the results are long lasting. Depending on your condition, the doctor will suggest special instructions you need to obtain the best and fastest possible results.

Re-evaluation

Periodic re-evaluations make sure that we are making positive changes in your body. These also show you firsthand the changes that are taking place in your body.
